1. Choose something you love
Browse available pieces for finished artwork. For a personal design, share your idea, colours, size and occasion through custom enquiries.
2. Get your complete quote
DM the piece link or screenshot, quantity, destination pincode and any required date. Nehal confirms the item price, packaging or delivery charges, and estimated dispatch and arrival before you pay. A message alone does not reserve a piece.
3. Confirm with payment
Ready pieces are paid for before dispatch. Custom work begins only after the design, quote and advance amount are agreed in writing and the advance is received. Any remaining balance is payable before dispatch. Nehal shares payment instructions in the same conversation; the website does not collect payments.
4. Keep your confirmation
Keep the agreed details and payment reference in your chat. Nehal confirms your order and shares delivery or collection arrangements personally. Need a gift by a particular date? Agree it before paying.
