Please read these terms before confirming an order with Loopy Lines by Nehal, Jaipur, India.
Buying directly from Nehal
This website displays handmade artwork and accepts enquiries. Orders are agreed directly with Nehal through Instagram or another contact channel she confirms. Browsing, copying a message or submitting an enquiry does not place or reserve an order.
Price and confirmation
Prices may be shown or quoted personally. The final quote specifies the piece, custom details, total, delivery charges, payment schedule and expected timing. Your order is confirmed when Nehal accepts it and the agreed payment is received.
Advance payment
Custom work requires the advance agreed in writing before making begins. Any balance is due before dispatch. Ready pieces must be paid for before dispatch. Do not send payment until Nehal has confirmed the quote and payment instructions.
Stock and custom design
Only published pieces with available stock are listed, but stock may change through exhibitions or personal sales. Nehal confirms reservation in chat. Custom design details and any changes to cost or timing must be agreed before the changed work begins.
Problems and cancellations
Our returns and cancellation policy and delivery policy form part of the ordering information. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable Indian law.
