Your artwork travels from Nehal’s studio in Jaipur. Delivery is arranged personally for each order.
Delivery from Jaipur
Share your destination pincode before ordering. Courier serviceability, packaging, shipping cost and the estimated dispatch and delivery dates are confirmed in your quote. There is no universal flat delivery fee on this website.
Ready pieces and custom work
Ready pieces are dispatched after payment and agreed packing time. Custom production starts after the agreed advance and design confirmation. Making time and courier transit time are separate; your quote explains both.
Jaipur collection & exhibitions
If you would like to collect in Jaipur or at an exhibition, agree the location, date and time with Nehal first. Collection is by arrangement.
Tracking, delays and international requests
Nehal shares tracking when a tracked courier is used. Tell her about any delivery deadline before paying. If a parcel is late or missing, contact her for help. International delivery is by individual enquiry only; shipping and any applicable customs responsibilities must be agreed before payment.
Damage on arrival
Keep the packaging and photograph any damage. A continuous unboxing video is strongly recommended. See our damage and returns policy for help and remedies.
