We use the information you share to help with your enquiry and order, and to run a small handmade studio.
What we record
When you enquire or buy, Nehal may record your name, contact handle or phone, delivery details, requested pieces, order value, payments received, dates and relevant order notes. She may also record how you found the studio or a referral you voluntarily provide. Do not share payment PINs or full card details.
Why we use it
These details help answer enquiries, make and deliver your artwork, follow up on agreed orders, keep sales records and resolve issues. The private studio diary is limited to authorised administrators; it is not a public customer directory.
Services and sharing
The website is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Supabase for photographs, owner authentication and private records. Instagram conversations are also subject to Meta’s privacy practices. Necessary delivery details are shared with the courier; payment information is handled by the payment service used for your order. We do not sell customer information.
Retention and your choices
Order information is retained for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask Nehal to correct information, provide a copy, or delete information no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
